Alex Pope was born in Vancouver and grew up in North Vancouver. He earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and has worked in several Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, and Consultant roles since that time. Alex now lives in Maple Ridge with his wife and three children.
Alex has a passion for volunteering and supporting his local community and has served on a number of committees and boards.
Alex is currently enrolled at the University of Fredericton Sandermoen School of Business pursuing a part-time Executive MBA in Social Enterprise Leadership. This school offers fully-online MBA and Executive MBA programs, Master’s Certificates, and various specialty stream options designed to help students reach their unique career aspirations.
